LabourCo’s vision is ‘To be the first choice provider of Labour services in the areas that we operate in.’

We achieve this through our mission which is to:

  • Provide ‘best fit’ candidates to service our client’s requirements
  • Provide short term employment to people while enhancing their employment opportunities to gain them full time employment
  • Employ and provide the services of skilled and other workers to industry and commerce including contract work on a short term basis
  • To preserve a person’s rights as an employee and a member of a union
  • To foster and support the co-operative movement as a whole; and
  • To promote community advancement and/or assist other causes in need
